Notion AI is best understood as a convenience layer rather than a destination tool: it is genuinely useful for summarizing a messy meeting doc or drafting a first pass at a page, all without leaving Notion.
Teams who are not already Notion users have no reason to adopt it on its own merits, but for existing workspaces it removes a lot of small friction.
